How does the Lintique Reusable Roller work?

The Lintique Roller uses electrostatic technology to attract and trap pet hair, fur, lint, and dust. Simply roll it back and forth across any surface — furniture, clothing, car seats, bedding — and the hair collects inside the chamber. Press the release button to empty it into the bin. No sticky sheets, no refills, ever.

How do I clean the roller?

Press the release button to empty the hair chamber, then rinse the roller head under warm water. Let it dry completely before the next use. That's it. The roller is ready to use again immediately after drying.

Does it work on all types of pet hair?

Yes. The Lintique Roller works on cat hair, dog hair, and all coat types including short, long, fine, and thick fur. It also picks up lint, dust, and general debris.

What surfaces can I use it on?

The roller works on sofas, couches, car seats, carpets, clothing, bedding, curtains, and most fabric surfaces. It is not suitable for use on wet surfaces or delicate fabrics like silk.

What is the difference between the glove and the brush?

The Deshedding Glove is worn on your hand and used to groom your pet directly — it removes loose fur from your pet's coat with a gentle massage motion before the hair has a chance to land on your furniture. The Grooming Brush is a traditional brush format with retractable pins, better suited for daily brushing sessions and longer-coated pets.

Orders and Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States and United Kingdom. Free shipping is available on all orders over $35.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 5-10 business days to the US and 7-14 business days to the UK.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Do you offer express shipping?

Not at this time. We are working on adding express shipping options in the future.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us at hello@lintique.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

Do I need to return the product?

For orders under $50, we typically do not require you to return the product. For higher-value orders, we may ask you to return the item before processing the refund.
