Our 30-Day Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your Lintique purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right — no hassle, no drama.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email hello@lintique.com with your order number and reason for the return
  2. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions
  3. For eligible orders, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days of approval

Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Products must be in reasonable condition (fair wear and tear from normal use is fine)
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at hello@lintique.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, simply return your original order and place a new order.
